Bio
Raised in the Tri-Cities, Washington, Steven Geddes brings a diverse background and hands-on experience to the construction industry. His professional journey began as a resident firefighter while attending school, eventually leading him to serve as a medic in the U.S. Army. There, he built a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure.

After his military service, Steven transitioned into the trades, starting as a carpenter and moving into Construction Project Management and residential construction sales. He has since specialized in window and door remodels, blending technical expertise with a client-focused mindset to deliver high-quality, lasting results.

Outside of work, Steven is married to his wife JaVonna, an elementary school special education teacher. They have four young boys ages 4, 6, 9, and 12 who keep them busy and active. As a family, they love spending time outdoors, going on adventures, and riding motorcycles whenever they get the chance.

At McCormack Construction, Steven Geddes supports project execution by assisting with oversight, reporting, and data analysis. His role includes supporting project managers, performing quantity take-offs, and monitoring cost and schedule control. He manages documentation, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and QA/QC records.
