Building Design
This is the process of taking your requirements for a new building or changes to an existing building and translating them into an agreed design that we can then construct.
Building Construction

Hard-Bid Contracts
We hire the architect who draws up the project plans. Once the plans are approved, we then bid the work out to General Contractors through invitation and advertising the bid. The lowest bidder wins, ensuring a high chance that the project is completed on budget.
